When your order details have been confirmed, we will send you an invoice for payment. A 50%non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. Order is only confirmed after the deposit is received. You can make flavor, design, or size changes to your order at least 30 days notice.

The final balance is due 30 days prior to your event. A reminder is sent when the balance is not received at this time. Failure to pay following the reminder may result in the order being cancelled and the deposit being retained as compensation for equipment purchased, ingredients used, and time spent on the order. I require a minimum notice of 30 days for cancellation. Your deposit is non-refundable.

Delivery and set up is based on the distance of your venue and it is available for NYC and NJ. Delivery and set-up start at $80
